Reaction Roles
Let members react to a message to receive a role.
Overview
The reactionrole command group (alias rr) binds an emoji reaction on an existing message to a role: reacting adds the role, removing the reaction removes it. Every subcommand requires Manage Roles.

A role can't be bound if it's positioned above Solitary's own highest role, the bot won't be able to assign it.
